This page explains the information PurpShine receives when you request a quote and how that information is used.
Information collected
The quote form collects your name, email, optional phone number, vehicle details, selected service, and any notes you choose to provide.
How it is used
Your information is used to review your request, prepare and discuss a quote, arrange service, and keep track of customer follow-up.
Visit source information
The form may record basic campaign source details, such as a referral website or campaign name, so PurpShine can understand which marketing brings genuine requests.
Website analytics
PurpShine uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar identifiers, to understand how visitors find and use the website and whether a quote request is completed. This may include page, device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information. Quote-form contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.
Sharing and sale
PurpShine does not sell quote-request information. Service providers involved in website hosting and email delivery may process information only as needed to provide those services.
Vehicle lookup
The vehicle selector uses the public NHTSA vPIC service. Contact details and quote notes are not included in vehicle-lookup requests.
